With research and development centers and numerous production sites in Europe, they stand for innovative technologies, high-quality battery solutions as well as manufacturing and recycling. /ppTogether, we are currently looking for a System Engineer, position to be filled for their Customized Energy Solutions Division. /ppJOB PURPOSE /ppThe System Engineer is part of the RD team and is responsible for the design, development and integration of our grid connected battery systems including current and new projects. /ppSPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES AND AUTHORITIES /pulliResponsible for product verification and compliancy to legislation in different countries /liliSupplier management and change management at the supplier /liliEstablishing appropriate test programs /liliExperience with DFx – Quality, cost and safety /liliManaging the system documentation and certification of our battery systems /liliCommunication with suppliers and customers to ensure the functionality of our products is matching our client wishes /liliDevelop, design, test and qualify Battery Storage Systems, including Battery Monitoring and Battery Management Systems. /liliSelection of components to be used, integration of the components in the system, design (electrical) schematics, support the installation. /liliMaking sure certifications are met, approve systems for Factory Acceptance. /liliUse the knowledge acquired in electrical construction software packages (preferred AutoCAD electrical, EPLAN) to be successful in the mission. /li /ulpWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? /pulliYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic, and at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role of system engineer or as a system integrator. /liliYou have a proven affinity with electronics such as inverter design and battery management systems as well as high voltage systems. You are experienced with FMEA and safety systems, with unit testing, testing setups and testing methodologies. /liliYou have a strong understanding of IoT technologies and are proficient in data bus communications protocols such as CAN, RS485, Modbus and of IP networking. /liliTechnical Knowledge of Products Processes within the Industry. /liliFamiliar with electrical installation regulations of the Netherlands or Europe (NEN1010 or IEC 60364) /liliYou are recognized for your communication skills, you like to work closely with different functions and develop customer relations. /liliThe mastery English (written and verbal) is essential for the successful completion of your assignments. /li /ulpMOVING FORWARD? /ppDoes this sound interesting to you and do you want to hear more? /ppThen apply below or send your CV to /p
