We’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering customer satisfaction and enjoys thinking beyond just the technical fix.Your ResponsibilitiesAct as a front-line point of contact from our Service Desk, supporting clients through the entire issue resolution process.Monitor and maintain various platforms such as Datto, Autotask, PRTG, Unifi, and Acronis .Ensure contractual performance targets (SLAs) are met and exceeded.Prioritize and evaluate service requests based on urgency and scope.Keep a close watch on client environments, taking proactive steps to avoid downtime and disruptions.Troubleshoot incidents both independently and as part of a team, and contribute to implementing changes.Participate in infrastructure upgrades, cloud transitions, and other IT projects.Why You’re a Great FitYou approach your work with a positive, can-do mindset and enjoy taking initiative.You’ve completed an MBO or HBO-level education in ICT or have equivalent real-world experience.You bring a few years of hands-on experience in a similar technical support or system admin role.You have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable traveling to customer locations when needed.You’re available for 32 to 40 hours per week.You’re communicative, customer-focused, able to stay calm under pressure, and quick to adapt.You’re fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.You have a broad technical interest and can be applied across various ICT domains.You take pride in ensuring the customer experience is seamless and satisfactory.You take ownership of your responsibilities and have a clear understanding of Cloud and Managed Services .You’re always looking to grow your skills and deliver work with precision and care.
