About the assignment
Have you ever wanted to develop a game but lacked the time or inspiration? This is your chance to create a game for Thales. Extend an existing game and design gameplay that is “easy to learn and hard to master” to keep players engaged. The goal is to entertain gamers and raise awareness of the naval domain and Thales products, such as the radar and sensors integrated into the game.
The game is inspired by titles like RoboCode, DOTA, LoL, and Heroes of the Storm. It is a MOBA-style game featuring battleships. Players can equip their battleships before entering the arena to battle other ships.
In small groups, students will extend and update the game with new abilities, features, and designs. Tasks may include adding new abilities, implementing a user-friendly UI, creating customizable ships, improving the network manager, introducing new game modes, developing dynamic maps, and more.
This is a student-created game developed by students!
