Our client
On behalf of a fast-growing, innovative scale-up that is transforming workforce management through a powerful SaaS platform we are looking to recruit and experienced Product Owner. As Product Owner for the Staff Planning Tool, you will play a key role in shaping the future of smart, scalable staff planning for modern businesses.
The role
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone that combines product ownership experience with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for market trends. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn user needs and market signals into a visionary and commercially viable roadmap.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Own and shape the roadmap for the staff planning tool within the SaaS platform;
- Gather, define, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders, and development teams;
- Monitor market trends and competitor solutions to drive product innovation and maintain a competitive edge
- Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business objectives;
- Define and measure KPIs to ensure successful product delivery and iteration;
- Lead the backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensure agile best practices;
Your profile
- At least eight years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS or software development environment, with a strong preference for a scale-up;
- Strong affinity with workforce planning, HR tech, or related tools is a big plus;
- Visionary mindset – someone who’s constantly scanning the horizon for emerging trends and disruptive ideas;
- Experience working in agile product teams;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where not everything is set in stone yet;
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
