EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a global organization in their search for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.In this key leadership position, the Senior HRBP will partner closely with senior business stakeholders to translate business needs and strategies while also supporting the Business Operations department.This role would ideally suit someone with a strategic mindset who loves to take ownership and enjoys building trusted relationships.Key Responsibilities of Senior HR Business Partner:Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectivesWork closely with the rest of the People Function, e.g., HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, L&D, Recruitment, EDI & MarketingClosely collaborate with your HR colleagues in other regions to drive (global) people projects and initiativesBe a trusted advisor to your stakeholders to help them navigate people topicsExperience Required:10+ years of experience in HR and a recent HRBP roleUniversity degree or relevant HR qualificationProven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectivesProven ability to lead and support organizational change initiativesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics and reportingIn-depth understanding of employment laws and regulationsFluent in English (verbal and written)If you are interested in applying for this Chief Accountant role, please register your interest using the link below.
