Netherlands (Hybrid) | Start: ASAP | Duration: Until Early 2026

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated ALM Expert to support a leading Dutch pension provider during its transition to the new Future of Pensions Act (Wet Toekomst Pensioenen – WTP) . This is a high-impact project in a pivotal time for the Dutch pension sector. The role offers flexibility, a professional working environment, and the chance to work on one of the most significant regulatory transitions in the landscape.

Your Role

As part of a multidisciplinary ALM (Asset Liability Management) team, you will:

  • Perform and interpret ALM analyses using existing models to support pension funds in making balanced decisions around the WTP transition.
  • Translate complex model outcomes into clear, concise, and impactful client reports .
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and pension fund stakeholders to support regulatory filings and in-transition notifications to the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
  • Contribute to meaningful pension reforms that affect both current and future generations in the Netherlands.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience working with ALM models in a pension or institutional investment context.
  • Strong understanding of the Wet Toekomst Pensioenen (WTP) and Dutch pension legislation.
  • Experience supporting transition (invaren) processes and/or submissions to regulatory bodies (DNB) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to turn technical insights into actionable recommendations.
  • A team player with a critical yet constructive mindset.
