About the company:
Our client is a well-established digital transformation partner supporting global enterprises in industries such as finance, manufacturing, logistics, and retail. With a team of over 500 professionals across 8+ countries, they deliver cutting-edge IT and data solutions. Due to ongoing growth and demand, they are now expanding their Data & Analytics team and looking for an experienced SAP BI Specialist to join them remotely from anywhere in Europe.
As an SAP BI Specialist, you will be instrumental in transforming complex business data into meaningful insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and optimize business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end SAP BI solutions using SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects (BO), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Build and optimize data models using SAP BW/4HANA and HANA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Provide training and create documentation for end-users and internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in economics and/or IT (FH, Uni) or an equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BI tools
- Proficiency in SAP BW, SAP BO (e.g., WebI, Lumira), and SAC
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and HANA modeling
- Experience with ABAP is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Business fluent English ; Dutch, German or another EU language is an advantage
