We are seeking a few dynamic RPA Consultants for a permanent position for one of our clients in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Must be Dutch speaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using platforms such as UIPath, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze process automation requirements.
- Develop and maintain backend web services and applications to support RPA workflows.
- Work with SQL Server, Oracle, and other backend databases to manage and retrieve process-related data.
- Handle file-based data flows using MFT, FTTP, and document processing techniques including OCR.
- Build and integrate web services (JSON, XML) for seamless data exchange and system communication.
- Participate in all phases of development and deployment across OTAP (Development, Test, Acceptance, Production) environments.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing automation workflows to improve system efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience as an RPA Developer in an enterprise environment.
- 3+ years of backend web development experience with a solid understanding of APIs, services, and databases.
- Proven experience with UIPath, Blue Prism, and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases.
- Hands-on experience handling document workflows, file-based transfers (MFT, FTTP), and OCR technologies.
- Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) for integration and automation.
- Exposure to deployment and management in OTAP environments.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD for automation deployments.
- Certification in RPA tools (UIPath Certified Developer, etc.).
