Mechanical Package Manager – Data Centre Project
Location: Katrineholm, Sweden
Contract: 6 months (with potential extension)

Are you a detail-driven Mechanical Package Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments? We’re hiring for a key role on a mission-critical data centre project in Katrineholm.
If you’ve worked on large-scale mechanical packages for data centres, pharma, or tech facilities — and are used to high standards like those of Dornan, Mercury, or Jones Engineering — this one’s for you.
Your Role:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of mechanical packages (HVAC, chilled water, pipework, etc.)
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment
- Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report project updates
- Enforce quality standards and compliance with H&S regulations
- Attend daily/weekly site meetings and represent the mechanical team
What You Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience managing mechanical packages on construction projects
- Previous work on data centres, industrial, or large commercial builds
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems design, coordination, and delivery
- Ability to drive subcontractors and keep packages on track
- Clear communicator who can work well in cross-functional, international teams
- Experience with top-tier contractors like Dornan, Mercury, or Jones Engineering is a plus
