What You’ll Do:
- Support and drive the strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results.
- Support the implementation and management of Legal department tools and processes to streamline new or existing practices, as well as managing design, rollout, and training for new systems and processes.
- Support the contract, compliance and other legal processes and procedures and work to find ways to improve those processes and procedures.
- Support the legal team members with contracting processes, including review of certain sales and other transaction documents for processing and for recordkeeping.
- Assist with legal and compliance request triage, verifying requests and confirming information with business stakeholders across functional teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing and others.
What You’ll Need:
- Juris Doctorate or other equivalent law degree. Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction of residence.
- Prior experience with implementation, management and/or use of legal tech is highly desirable.
- Experience handling high volumes of tasks and projects and successfully managing multiple deadlines is necessary.
- Experience with legal operations improvements or initiatives is desirable. Well developed analytical, problem-solving and communication (both oral and written) skills are necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with contract review and/or management is required, including ability to read, understand and report on contract terms.
- Must maintain confidentiality of contract terms, details of transactions and other information highly confidential.
- Must be detail-oriented and data-driven.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint and Outlook is required.
- Must be responsive and able to manage stakeholder expectations regarding project delivery.
- Ability to move projects forward proactively and with minimal supervision is required.
