Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Are you not afraid to pick up the phone? Got a smooth talk, a curious mind, and ready to learn the art of sales?
Then this is your chance to launch your sales career and make real impact in the French market.
What will you do?
As an SDR at Eye-Able, you’re the first point of contact in our sales team. You’ll be calling companies in France, starting conversations about “digital accessibility” an important and highly relevant topic.
You’ll uncover opportunities and schedule demos for our consultants. You’ll learn sales on the job, receive personal coaching, and grow into a true sales professional in no time.
No aggressive cold calling here but someone who picks up the phone with confidence, curiosity, and genuine interest.
Your daily tasks:
- Making lots of calls, with the occasional email
- Reaching the right people and sparking interest
- Listening, asking the right questions, thinking along
- Scheduling demo appointments for our consultants
- Helping build our success in the French market
What we’re looking for:
- You’re energetic, positive, and not afraid of a “no”
- You speak French fluently and have a good command of English
- You enjoy calling people and want to become even better at it
- You’re bold, a fast learner, and see opportunities everywhere
- Experience is great, but not required…motivation matters more
