We are partnering with a leading FMCG implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO). Currently in the early phases of the project, the client is looking for an individual experienced with developing out of the box Finance and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize D365FO components (X++, extensions, integrations) to support the implementation of core Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.
- Build and maintain data integrations between D365FO and other internal/external systems.
- Support data migration activities through custom scripts and tooling.
- Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and UAT support; provide technical input during training and post-go-live support.
- Ensure that all development aligns with Microsoft best practices and project standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development, especially in the financial modules.
- Strong skills in X++, extensions, custom services, and data entity development.
- Experience with D365FO integration patterns (OData, custom services, dual-write, etc.).
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and version control for D365FO (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Experience working on multi-phase ERP rollouts or large transformation programs.
