Senior Customer Success Manager

Role Overview
– Manage $1.8M ACV across ~100 Benelux accounts
– Drive adoption, engagement, and strategic product value
– Own Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) target of 76.5% (team avg: 89%)
– Push internal stakeholders and challenge clients’ thinking
– Work in industry-aligned pods with top-performing colleagues

Ideal Candidate
– 2–4 years SaaS experience in CSM or AM roles

Compensation & Benefits
– €60K–€80K base depending on experience
