About Your Role
As a Core Developer, you will be deeply involved in designing, developing, and maintaining EVA’s backend platform. You will ensure it is robust, adaptable, and ready to meet evolving business needs. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, fellow developers, and the infrastructure team, leveraging your expertise in architecture, performance tuning, and clean code.
AI won’t replace your skills – it will enhance them. While AI is not the core of your job, it is a powerful ally. From coding and testing to diagnostics and documentation, you’ll be encouraged to use AI tools when they improve quality, speed, or clarity.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain EVA’s core platform – from prototypes to production – with performance, scalability, and clean architecture at heart.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to deliver robust, business-critical features.
- Maintain and improve integrations with third parties.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and performant code.
- Use AI tools to boost productivity in coding, testing, and debugging.
- Stay curious and proactive, exploring how AI and other emerging technologies can improve development workflows.
What you bring
- Strong experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Experience with MSSQL (and/or Postgres), Elasticsearch, Redis, message queus and building cloud-hosted applications.
- Familiarity with the concepts of containers.
- Passion for clean code, scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Familiarity with AI to streamline tasks like debugging, documentation, or deployment – and know where it adds real value.
