Our client, a leading global multinational information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting a Business Transformation Lead, to join their business in the Netherlands.Position Title:Business Transformation LeadPosition Type:PermanentStart Date:ASAPLocation:The Hague, Netherlands (hybrid)Contact:Bojan | +49 89 23 88 98 671Job PurposeThe Business Transformation Lead will lead the execution of the business transformation initiatives across organization, process, IT and data activities in a multi-year autonomous operations program for one of our telco clients.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, business process transformation, CIO advisory, and/or IT program management.This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive successful outcomes for our clients.The objective is to deliver an organizational wide business transformation that is increasing the level of automation, dramatically improving customer experience and transforming the organization and IT stack along the way.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the business transformation execution within the program, introduce learnings and best practices to drive an IT driven business transformation across the organization.Work with the strategy and value team and the program director to develop a roadmap for the business transformation for the next years. Prioritize projects based on value.Drive the business transformation execution, way of working and roadmap across the program.Establish credentials as a trusted advisor with C-1 level customer stakeholders. Co-develop the business transformation approach and priorities together with senior management.Balancing short-term (next year) and long-term business value delivery.Lead the business transformation (process, organization, change management) track in multi-year transformation program.Guide and mentor the project managers, process consultants, organizational change management consultants and IT architects in their relentless focus on standardization and automation. Manage and coach project teams in consulting skills.Contribute to establishing thought leadership for the consulting practice in the region and globally.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)This is a senior individual contributor role.Develop and implement a 24 months business transformation roadmap.Personal Utilization of 50% on average.Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).Education and ExperienceExperience as a Senior Manager/Director in a reputable consulting firm (e.g. in transformation consultancy, business transformation, CIO advisory roles) or corporate senior role.Experience in leading large scale business transformation programs, bringing in lessons learned and way of working into the program 14-18 years of experience.Experience working at the front end of technology solutioning, building use cases, and business cases. Technical background in IT, networks, architecture or other technical role.Experience with organizational change management techniques, process design and enterprise architecture.Experience leading workshops for complex problem-solving using approaches like design thinking.Bachelor or Master in technical, computer science or business economics.Skills and CompetenciesStrong leadership and strategic thinking skills.Telecom experience is a strong pre.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both in writing as on paper).Storytelling experience.People manager with coaching leadership style.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in business process optimization, CIO advisory, and IT program management.
