You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and developing Fire Control solutions for the new new generation of frigates for the German and Dutch Navy. /ppWhat you’ll be doing as a C++ Software Engineer: /pulliConcept definition, system design, continuing to system integration and validation, up until the inclusion of delivery onboard the customer vessels /liliIn addition to software development: requirements analysis, architecture, design, testing, validation and product demonstrations. /liliWorking with the other engineers on your agile team and the other agile teams in the same sub-domain /liliThe use of high-tech techniques and software development methods in C++ / Java. /liliAccounting for the security and safety aspects in your code and that of your team /li /ulpWhat you need to be successful as a C++ Software Engineer: /pulliA degree in (Technical) Informatics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. /liliExtensive experience (8 years plus) with C++ programming language in a real-time environment /liliFamiliarity with other languages such as Java is a plus. /liliA strong understanding of real-time software development and complex algorithm design. /liliA creative, open-minded, and flexible collaborator with excellent communication skills. /liliProficiency in English is essential. /liliDutch nationality is essential due to security measures. /li /ulpWhy join us? /pulliInnovative Environment: Be part of an enthusiastic team working on high-tech, international projects. /liliSupportive Culture: Enjoy a workplace that values creativity, initiative, and work-life balance. /li /ulpLooking forward to your application! /p
