We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our Petro-Chemical and Refinery (PCR) customer segment. You will support PCR customers with energy-related utilities such as temperature control and power. In the Benelux, these customers are mainly, but not exclusively, based within the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam.

Your Responsibilities

  • Expand within existing customer bases while maintaining high service standards.
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, and account plans to grow market share. Identify customers within the petrochemical sector requiring Temperature Control solutions.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests for utility support; deliver solutions exceeding expectations.
  • Enhance Aggreko’s profile as an industry leader in temperature control solutions.
  • Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer activities, leads, and market insights.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams.
  • Propose fleet and service developments that meet customer and legislative requirements.
  • Prepare and submit proposals detailing client needs, adhering to Aggreko’s standards.

You’ll Have the Following Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of operational and supply processes in the PCR sector, especially utilities adding Capex/Opex value, notably temperature control.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of gaining new customers and developing accounts.
  • Customer-focused with strong presentation and objection-handling skills, capable of aligning multiple decision-makers’ needs.
  • Strong team player, able to coordinate across functions.
  • Proficient in registering commercial and contractual appointments in systems.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Resides in the Benelux and holds a valid driver’s license.
