Role Overview
As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for testing, integration, verification, validation, and qualification of complex naval systems, ensuring they meet rigorous standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform module, program, or unit testing of software components
- Define and execute integration tests according to project plans
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts and tools
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
- Support system validation and acceptance activities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in testing, verification, and validation
- Knowledge of test equipment, management, and automation
- Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
