Project Director/ Director of Projects
G2 are currently looking for a permanent Director of Projects to manage projects for renewable power generation in the Randstad, Netherlands. You would be working for an end client operator, within their renewable technology teams.
The customer is the owner and operator of the site and welcomes any applicant with a relevant background as a Project Director in the chemical, petrochemical, energy, or renewable industries. They are looking for a Director of Projects who has a working history of managing Project Managers.
Director of Projects – Permanent – Dutch Speaking – Hybrid
Start: June, July, August
Task: Delivering renewable projects for end client plant operators throughout Netherlands and West Europe
Salary: €100,000 – €140,000 per annum + package
Location: Randstad, Netherlands (3 Days per week onsite, in office for meetings)
Dutch speaking – Essential skill
- Technical engineering background, ideally renewable power generation or electrical infrastructure
- CAPEX project delivery experience, €5-€200 Million value
- Strong HSE planning and execution experience, knowledge of construction and sub-contracting management
- Experience with tender selection, supply chain management and cost management for project deliverables
- Commercial experience- making winning bids
- Engineering degree, diploma or similar required
Beneficial Skills:
- Additional skills with early-stage engineering (concept, Pre-FEED, FEED) beneficial, not essential
