That’s why we’re investing in people who understand both the rhythm of production and the structure of enterprise IT.With offices in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, USA, India, and Switzerland, we serve global clients with a mission to bridge the digital divide between operations and the enterprise.What will you do?Your Responsibilities:Advise clients on IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management (CMDB/CSDM) strategies using the ServiceNow platform.Lead assessments of IT and OT environments, including SCADA, PLC/DCS, MES, and enterprise IT infrastructure.Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that support asset lifecycle management, service visibility, and operational efficiency.Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps that align IT and OT goals such as uptime, predictive maintenance, and service reliability.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating operational challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between shop-floor systems and enterprise platforms.Support pre-sales and sales activities by delivering technical expertise during workshops, demos, and RFPs.Harness your insights and experience to drive innovation within the IT- and OT related operations management domain, contributing to the development of new offerings.Create and maintain valuable marketing, sales and delivery assets aimed at enhancing opportunity development and project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.Craft compelling marketing materials that effectively showcase our capabilities and expertise in IT and OT environments.Facilitate internal training sessions to empower fellow team members with knowledge and skill enhancement.Foster and nurture meaningful relationships with strategic partners, including ServiceNow and other key industry players.We askYour Profile:5+ years of experience in IT Operations, OT environments, or IT/OT convergence projects.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB/CSDM modules.Familiarity with industrial systems such as SCADA, PLC/DCS, MES, and telemetry networks.Experience in asset discovery, service mapping, and configuration management.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS–ITOM, CIS–ITAM) are a strong advantage.What’s in it for youPension plan, transportation, internet, and phone allowance.25 vacation days.Modern laptop.International collaboration.Personal development opportunities.Competitive salary and bonus.Our cultureWorking at Plat4mation evolves around working from your internal drive to make a difference for people in combination with having fun.
