Together with a growing pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Production Operator to join the production team in Almere. In this role, you will support manufacturing activities related to the production of derma fillers in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring product quality, compliance, and efficiency throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Operate production equipment and perform tasks such as filling, capping, cleaning, and packing Conduct visual inspections on filled syringes Follow batch records and GMP guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy Record production steps securely and clearly in line with documentation standards Report any deviations or non-conformities to the Line Manager Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment Take part in continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities for process optimization Support team goals and uphold quality standards at all times Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a production or operational environment Experience in GMP, ISO, or other regulated settings is preferred 1+ year of relevant experience in medical device, food, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus Education & Skills: MBO-level thinking or equivalent (technical or process-focused preferred) Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Comfortable with routine and repetitive tasks in a cleanroom environment Competencies: Quality- and detail-minded Team-oriented and proactive Organized and dependable Open to learning and feedback Able to work according to set procedures and standards Practicalities: Location: Almere (on-site) Contract: 7 months with long-term collaboration opportunities Schedule: Day shifts Languages: English required, Dutch is a plus What’s in it for you?
